Individual therapy allows you to share your concerns and struggles in a one-on-one setting. I offer individual therapy to help clients cultivate a self-awareness, promote self-growth, and achieve their full potential.  I integrate elements from somatic attachment psychotherapy, emotionally focused individual therapy, parts-work, and mindfulness based approach into my clinical work.

We will explore your strengths, areas of growth, and your current way of coping. We might look into your inner conflicts and make meaningful connections between the past and present. Individual therapy is not only a space for you to share your struggles and challenges but also a place for you to explore who you are as a person, your dreams and hopes. I am here to support your self-growth journey.

Trauma therapy is a specialized form of psychotherapy designed to assist individuals in recovering from the profound and lasting effects of traumatic experiences. This type of therapy focuses on understanding and addressing the multifaceted impact of trauma on a person's mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Trauma can manifest in various ways, including anxiety, depression, flashbacks, and physical symptoms, all of which can detrimentally impact an individual's daily life.

Through a range of therapeutic approaches, trauma therapy aims to reduce these distressing symptoms, build resilience, and promote overall healing. I primarily utilize eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), parts work, and somatic techniques to help individuals process and integrate traumatic experiences.

Somatic attachment psychotherapy is a therapeutic approach that combines elements of somatic therapy and attachment theory. This method focuses on healing relational trauma and attachment wounds by integrating body awareness and nervous system regulation into the therapeutic process. It acknowledges that unresolved emotional and relational experiences can be stored in the body, impacting a person's ability to form secure attachments and regulate their emotions.

By incorporating body awareness, somatic attachment psychotherapy helps individuals become more attuned to their physical sensations and the ways in which these sensations are connected to their emotional experiences. This heightened awareness allows individuals to identify and release stored tension and trauma, facilitating a deeper level of healing.
